I want to recommend this to a friend based on your pics she is also african american and has problems with acne her whole life. Are you finding this to be a permanent solution or do you think you will have to go back for more surgery?

wow..awesome..it looks great but does laser acne removal permanently remove scars...n acne..i mean duznt it [filtered word] back after 3 months ?
