Alexa tells People magazine she couldn't be happier with her new nose...
"I was thinking about getting this for years," says the 24-year-old. "[My nose] always bothered me a little bit. I was self-conscious of pictures taken from the side. To some people that's vain, but at the end of the day, we all want to feel pretty."
She adds that she's finished with plastic surgery now and has no plans to do a 'Heidi Montag' and butcher her face and body. She also knew it was a good idea to wait until now to get the procedure done, having battled depression last year and overdosed on pills in December.
"Would it have been smart to get this procedure last year?" says Alexa. "No. I didn't know who I was. [But now] I feel really good."

She was beautiful. She had a mediterranean nose and look. I get so sick and tired of looking at bland women like Christie Brinkley...

She done a good job by doing the nose job, now her face looks symmetrical and more in balance than before with the hooked and large nose! :) She looks very beautiful, and her eyes stand out more than ever!

All these people getting plastic surgery what a waste of time and money!! When you have your children, your ugly genes are still going to be past down to them. TOTAL LOSERS!!!!
Oh my god, finally! Her nose looks much better. The chin implant was a mistake though. I think she should have her eyes fixed too.
It's very unfortunate that this young lady is not blessed with good looks. I hope she was raised to accept this and have something else to fall back on. Her mother - a very insecure aging beauty - has not seemed to benefit from her looks.
Wow! She looks amazing! I dont think she looks like the same person though. But either way she is beautiful!
