Angelina Jolie Claims She's Had No Plastic Surgery
"I haven't had anything done and I don't think I will," Angelina Jolie told the British paper. "But if it makes somebody happy then that's up to them. I'm not in somebody else's skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don't plan to do it myself."

Nose and lips. If not for the width, then the tip of her nose has been altered. She had big lips to begin with but I can't help but think she's put on a little extra on the top to keep it plump (the upper lip tends to thin when you get older) Don't get me wrong I love her and have for a long time. She's still aged beautifully and has had much less work done (Bravo!) than some of her other colleagues.
The jaw! Screaming two inches more protruding. The tip of the nose. Shaved thin. Brow lift. Go look at her before pictures on Perfect People dot net. She always had beauty, she just made it more severe and send-in-the-clones distinct. But it is clear clear clear as day Angelina Jolie had plastic surgery.
She does not balk from surgery! Look what she went through for vanity alone!
People are so threatened by natural beauty they just have to rip it apart. If you look at pictures starting when she was young and watching time pass how can anyone say she had surgery. And so many "plastic surgeons" with time to write on this page? Please. When she was a young teenager and in some computer theft movie, I was amazed at her beauty. There could be so slight work on nose, but time can change that too. I was in a famous plastic surgeons office with my girlfriend who was getting breast reduction. He complimented me on my perfect nose job. My nose has never been touched. So much for his famous opinion. She is a natural beauty, get over it.

Nose job, brow lift, cheek & jaw implants. No one's fooled.
Angelina, you're completely fake. Where's the beauty ? Nowhere. Where's the fake ? Everywhere.
Angelina looks like she had cheek implants, orbital rim implants, a chin implant, and a nose job. She's had extensive plastic surgery on her face. When she was young, her cheeks were flat and her eyes looked sunken. Cheek implants can include orbital rim implants combined into one large implant that would give more structure and cover up the previous prominence of eye sockets (which would get rid of the sunken appearance of her eyes) and fill in her cheeks to give her the appearance of high cheekbones, which she does now and didn't when she was young. She also has a much more prominent chin now and her nose is much narrower and more refined. It's not a difference in lighting between the pictures, either. Her profile was completely remade by plastic surgery.
IMO, as a surgical nurse to a cosmetic surgeon 29 years, I believe Angelina has had cheek implants, buccal fat pad removal, mandible implants, chin implant, if you zoom in above, you can certainly see a facelift scar circling around her left ear, she's had a brow lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, tear trough augmentation, upper/lower eyelidplasty(s) lip enhancement, and most likely abdominoplasty after having twins. You cannot fool those of us in the business. Anyhow, she is a handsome woman. I don't feel cheating the public by denying and lying about enhancements is either fair or right, but then again, life isn't.
