Well honestly, if you have to go under the knife as it is, why wouldn't you want to fix the outside of your nose if it isn't the best looking?you wouldn't get a nose job for the hell of it but if you're already under the knife and don't like your nose you might as well fix it..
I actually liked her old nose more... balanced everything out nicely. :)
Either way it's nice, but I like the before more than after.
