Wow, at least her boob job was done nice. Although they look big for her frame, they aren't horribly big or unnatural looking. I have a friend with a frame + boob like that, and her's is all natural. ;)

Eh... yeah, boobs grow quite a lot but they generally don't go from virtually nothing to big. Can't see it on these pics but if I remember well her nose went smaller too. Not that it matters, she still looks pretty natural.
