Why does everyone think just because Barack Obama is the President we have to treat him with kid gloves? FACT #1: THE PRESIDENT HAD A NOSE JOB. FACT#2: IT'S NO BIG DEAL. When people deny having plastic surgery, it makes them look insecure. I have no problem telling people I bleach my hair and have fake nails. I'll even swear to it on a stack of bibles!

His nose looks the same. His ears would look less enormous if he'd wear his hair the length he did when he was young. He'd look much better.
