This 25 year old had full body liposuction which included her knees and calves. Lower leg liposuction extends the recovery but can be very gratifying. Her legs, knees and calves all look slimmer..

Oh wow! I'm so glad this surgery exists! I'm small everywhere but my knees/calves (talk about awkward when you wear shorts). This turned out great! I'm totally going to look into this.
