The upper jaw was repositioned to correct the openbite. The chin and lower jaw were then advanced to improve the overbite, jawline and profile. Neck liposuction can enhance and improve definition of the jawline. This was performed in addition to upper and lower jaw surgery for correction of an openbite.

This proves that plastic surgery is not all vanity, it probably allowed this young lady to live a normal & happy life now!

I bet chin reduction surgery could equally improve someone's life. Too bad it is not listed in these galleries & I never knew of it's existance until Heidi Montag came out with hers. It is hard to find a surgeon that does it let allone an experienced one due to lack of before & afters on it. Not just on this site but on many plastic surgeons' sites too.
