This is a pic from Dr. Michael Evan Sachs, NYC. This is one of his patients from like, the 90s. I went to him. He no longer practices but from what i understand, he didn't inject anything. The way it was explained to me was that itty bitty incisions in the shapes of x were used along the seem of the lip and he would move it to make the lip bigger. At least that's what i was told.
I think she was probs more concerned about the size of her top lip than the bottom. I think it looks good, makes her look softer and younger!

This is one of the few times I actually like a lip aug...plus her new nose completes the picture. Very, very nice results.
Cheat! Can't you see in the original picture that the lipstick does not cover all of her lips, making them look smaller??
A FORMER MAKE UP ARTIST COMMENT. A DARKER RED OR ANY DARK LIP COLOR WITH OUT A LINER WILL ALWAYS MAKE THE LIP AERA APPEAR SMALLER AND A HIGH GLOSS SHOULD ALWAY BE ADDED IN CENTER FOR A POUT EFFECT.
