The procedure is aimed to flatten the overdeveloped breasts and enhance the contours of the whole chest.

A surgeon will select the best variant of anesthesia for a patient. It may be a general type or various seductive medications. If the reason of gynecomastia is obesity, a surgeon will remove extra fat and use liposuction. Excision will be performed in the places of removing the fat tissue and excess skin. If the place of the nipple is different and doesn’t look like the male one, this technique is also used in order to move it to a normal male contour.
