The augmentation does make a BIG difference in her femininity...you don't need to seer her without makeup or with glasses to determine that. It's very obvious! She also looks a lot younger in the first pic. maybe the 2nd pic was a couple of years later. I hope the stuff held up. It looks good!
She's wearing makeup in the after photo and not in the before. Her eyes stand out a lot more with the eye makeup, which are her best feature. She also has a tan in the after photo, not to mention being blond. I would have liked to see a comparison without the makeup to decide if the lip plumping really made that much of a difference in her femininity.
Oh my God, what a vast improvement. She went from "not" to "hot." I find that a bit scary. Not to mention, she almost looks like a completely different person now. Sometimes I wish plastic surgery was reserved ONLY for medically necessary, reconstructive emergencies, and the general human population was forced to put our vanity aside by going natural with our genetic visages. What would the world look like then?
I totally agree with Sally. What's up with the Pamela Andersonesque lip coloring technique? Also, it's not just the lips. It's the hair, lipstick, and makeup that help get rid of the boy look.

I think her lips look lovely, a big improvement! I just wish they had said what they used?

Very nice, but you really, really, need to keep the lipstick just on your lips, they are big enough now that you don't need to color outside the line.
