Breast Implant Removal Before And After Photos
Indecision on Breast Implant Removal
Posted August 12th, 2009 by meg.annI'm almost 25yrs old and am about 3months post op from a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I had gained and then lost a massive amount of weight over the period of 3-4yrs, and my breasts had become deflated and saggy. I didn't want the scars of a lift (although one dr. said it would be the best option) so I went w/ one who said I could just do implants. I was aiming for 300cc medium profile, but he ended up doing around 400cc in my right and 415-420cc silicone high profile implants. (bigger than I wanted)

I had saline implants when I was 25.
Posted June 26th, 2009 byI had saline implants when I was 25. I was a 36AA and you could not see my breasts if I stood sideways. All I had was a nipple. The implants I got brought me to a small C cup. They were place under the muscle. Because I had such little natural breast tissue to begin I had a lot of rippling which made me very self conscious. I had my implants replaced when I was 38 because the rippling had become so bad. The implants had lost 1/4 of their original volume. The new implants were silicone and I wanted them larger. I am now full C.

I got my first set of saline in 1995 because my boyfriend at the time was a "boob" man and made me feel insecure about it.
Posted January 30th, 2009 byWell, I can tell you my experience, and you can do as you choose. I got my first set of saline in 1995 because my boyfriend at the time was a "boob" man and made me feel insecure about it. I wasn't happy with the result. The scars were on the side of my breast and very visible. In 2006 one deflated and I went to have the procedure redone. At this point in my life I was having cognitive issues, memory problems, depression, fatigue, hard time losing lbs. I wasn't sure what was up and all docs said "no way it isn't the implants, they aren't silicone". So I got a new set.

I had mine removed in september after almost 6 years.
Posted January 6th, 2009 byI had mine removed in september after almost 6 years. I was a 34 full C/D and am now a 34 small B. I'm torn about how I feel. I miss them, sometimes! I'm wearing padded bras until I can get use to how I look. Its a drastic change, well at least to me it is. Most people can't tell a difference, the few people I told about the surgery have said it makes me look thinner. All in all my breast look great. They are even on the bottom and have a similar volume.

I am soooo tired of this whole breast thing.
Posted December 22nd, 2008 byI am soooo tired of this whole breast thing. It was sooo important at 23 when I got the first set. Now at 49 I have had them replaced 2 1/2 times. This last time they turned at "okay"...don't match at the bottom. But my latest problems is I have calcifications that are clustered(possible cancer). Well guess what the surgeon is afraid to do biopsy. For fear of rupture as it is very close to implant. They are Mentor memory gel under the muscle. So now I have to see a plastic Dr and ask questions. I think I would just like the biopsy...if there is a rupture than deal with it.

I've only had my breast implants for 7 months and I hate them.
Posted October 14th, 2008 byI've only had my breast implants for 7 months and I hate them. I hate the way they feel, hurt, make me feel, I hate the unnatural look, not being able to work out at the gym because of the pain! I've had two kids so I know what it's like to have small flappy boobs. I'm having my implants taken out within the next two months and I'm SO excited to get it over with!
