Hahahahaha her boobs are real? Her nose has just got more defined as she aged? Some people need to buy glasses. She obviously had both boobs (several times) and nose done. Which isn't a problem, just admit it and get over it. People's faces change, but a nose doesn't get that much smaller on its own.

Nose job or not, who cares? She's not and never was pretty. It's all the makeup and hairstyling. I don't understand those who think this is a beautiful woman.
People, there is no nose job at all! Teenagers tend to have somewhat puffy noses, trust me, I had the same problem. Britney's face in the first picture is not fully grown yet. The same thing you can see on Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie! People show their teenage pics with those puffy noses (I guess, it is a hormonal thing, since the body grows unevenly, etc.), and keep saying that they just did a very good nose job later which preserved the original shape and only made the noses smaller. BS. No surgery there
she never had a nose job.. she never did anything to change her looks.
i heard she injected that stuff that disappears after a while in her lips,
but i doubt it.
But the truth is:
She has had a minor nose job... Replicating her nose in a smaller version (as others have said) ... I think maybe while her knee was getting reconstructed after the "Outrageous" music vid...
She also had breast implants, after Baby... One more time... before Sometimes... And then had them removed... before Oops/Slave I'm pretty sure, because there was too much talk about it... Now they are larger again since she had kids...
And she has also had lip injections (as someone else said too) during her "dark days," There are numerous EVIDENT photos of injections (i think maybe restalyn)

Anyway... She was beautiful and still is...

Your right, its a proven fact that things like noses and ears among other things continue to grow well into adulthood.

I guess beauty really is subjective. I think she's very pretty, both with and without surgery.
