i used to think u looked kinda cute but now u look a [filtered word]in mess i mean u celebrities are so stupid at times because all ya'll do is play with ya'll money when ya'll can just do something positive with it.to me i think that you must be very unhappy about yourself inorder to wanna make a decision like that so the next time u think about making a smart move let be your best move and stop with all the bad surgeries please.

The change in this man is not entirely due to surgery; I'm fairly sure he has been taking excessive doses of growth hormone and anabolic steroids, provoking a case of pharmaceutical acromegaly.  His soft tissues have grown causing a "coarse" look. 

Are you guys saying Carrot Top was a bodybuilder? That's news to me, I always thought of him as a skinny, not very funny dork.

wel apparently he tired steroids. in some pics now i saw his arms like buff.. really awkward looking :l i think he looked good before, now he's freakin scary

He really should have been considered for the role of the Joker in the new Batman movie.  Seriously

Well I never thought the guy was very good looking in the first place, but now he looks like a drag queen with a permanently bad hair day!! SCARY!!!!
