WRONG!! - basically everything you have just said about plastic surgery is completely and idiotically wrong. I wouldn't talk with such assurance of yourself since you are obviously not a doctor, let alone a plastic surgeon. Do not talk in such extremes about a subject matter when you obviously have very little knowledge about the matter.
It's a shame she had plastic surgery on her nose and got lip injections. I thought she looked so much better before all of that crap. I saw her on some older episodes of The Hills and she looked really cute. Now she looks fake. One of the newer shows reveals how fake she looks. Her hair, lips, nose, boobs, and even the way she's dressing.
See what Hollywood does to you. It's such a fake industry where they pay more attention to how you look than how you are as a person.
She is a good example of a girl led astray by Hollywood and/or a guy like Spencer.
