Bristol Palin Plastic Surgery Before and After

A new face of Bristol Palin shows the positive results of liposuction and maybe some other celebrity plastic surgery procedures. Before and after pictures of this young daughter of the former governor of Alaska show that the target areas were the neck, and a jaw line. Now Bristol has a more defined jaw line and a skinnier neck. Though, the girl swears that the only reason for this surgery was a health one.

Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt thinks that may be the case. "She seems to have had liposuction of her entire neck with a focus under her chin," Glatt, who hasn't worked with Palin, says in a press release, "which has produced a much more defined jaw line and lower facial area."

Bristol Palin caused a major stir April 30 in Washington, D.C. at an afterparty for the White House Correspondents Association dinner: Debuting not just a slimmed-down bod and stylish new 'do but a distinctly more angled jaw and sharpened chin.
