Heidi Montag's trip to the hair salon became one of great anxiety yesterday when she became nervous of having the hair dryer too close to her surgically enhanced face.
The reality TV star covered up her nose while having a blow-out at her local hairdressers in Los Angeles - protecting the face that cost her a fortune to change.
While sitting in the salon chair, Heidi had both hands up protecting her nose while the stylist went to work with his brush and hair dryer on her bleached blonde tresses.

Now a year later, Heidi reveals her operation-room battle wounds for the first time to Life & Style.
