I don't think she's had surgery: the lighting, makeup, and year in both pictures are different; also your nose and ears never stop growing, and as you age your baby fat tends to not be so perky on your facial plane. I have a similar nose and a round face, and my appearance has changed similarly through the years, even though I'm a middle class gal, who can't afford plastic surgery.
Don't hate because she has the perfect body! I idolize her for what she has been blessed with. Those pictures could have been tweaked a little bit also. So stop being jealous of Kim! She's putting us curvy chicks on the map! SKINNY and flat chested with no Booty is outt! Kim is bringing volumptuous back! lol. Her Body is real, Just because you may not have it doesn't mean it not real.
I saw Priscilla live and in person at the Memphis airport during a layover and I can tell you that she looks frightening up close. It is sad because she really was a beautiful woman. As for Elvis, I bet he would have had his share of nips and tucks by now.
