First, she made up her mind to do a nose job as her nose wasn’t of a perfect shape. Getting from an A cup to a DD cup, she finally decided to change the latter size for a B. This looks much better and rather natural with her skinny figure.

Posh wants to be known as a famous fashion designer rather than a soccer players wife which is allegedly the reason she got the reduction.
