Is it possible that Mr. Putin has had some celebrity plastic surgery procedures to his face? We can’t say exactly only according to his before and after pictures, but his face really looks a bit fuller. That doesn’t mean, though, that Putin went for a surgeon’s office. Looks like he just gained some weight and it became evident on his face, too. The folds on his forehead are still visible, too. So, maybe, it’s not Botox or something else, but a natural process?
