This is a partial truth. I mean, come on people! I am a surgical nurse, I can tell you clearly that this woman may have had malar augmentation, but if you look closer, she also had upper lid blepharoplasty, as well as face and necklift. If you doubt this, ask yourself how cheek augmentation could tighten her crepey (pronounced kra-pay, as in wrinkly, not creepy) neck as well as her (((((..)))))) perioral wrinkles that have vaporized. Regardless, her work was conservative, and she looks stunning. Great work!
