Correcting Overbite and Chin Deficiency
Posted March 9th, 2008 by Plastic Sergeant
The upper jaw was repositioned to correct the overbite and openbite. The lower jaw and chin were then advanced to improve the overbite, jawline and profile. Chin advancement with upper and lower jaw surgery was performed to correct overbite and chin deficiency.

Looks great!
And to the people who are against it; its THEIR bodies and THEIR* money. What the hell do you care?
*In this particular case it was probably her parents money. Still doesn't change the fact that it is NOT yours.

I agree with such "mean-spirited" comment. There is a reason it is called plastic surgery. What is wrong with the real you!!! I have been blessed with "barbie" features and to be honest with everyone I'm so fed up with everyone trying to look like me. I have natural blonde hair and DD's, I wish people had to look like themselves so I wouldn't have to look like every other woman walking down the street! And yes that is a trait that will be affecting her gene pool for generations. Talk about self-esteem get some self worth for something substantial.
***It's like a picture on packaging, it looks good till you open***
That's beautiful! Wait - YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
What a great job, she looks *so* pretty now.
The chin can be such a glaring flaw on some people, it's great to see it so neatly corrected.
K - You're right about it not fixing her genes, but... by the time she has kids, plastic surgery will be like everything - cheaper, more reliable, and with a higher adoption rate.
Wow, what a beautiful result. It looks so natural, the chin she should have been born with! I hope mine turns out that well! :D
You may have fixed your face and you might have also fooled a man into thinking you're perfect enough to marrying but remember, you kids are going to be burdened with you're genes.
Wow, unnecessary. It takes a lot of guts to put before and after pictures of yourself online, give her some respect. Besides, both of my parents have prominent chins, and all four of my siblings have prominent chins, I got genetically unlucky with a receding chin - definitely doesn't mean my children will have one. And I don't think cosmetic surgery tricks people into marrying you... if that's the kind of relationship you have i feel sorry for you.
Great result! It adds so much to your appearance. Congratulations.
Wow what a pathetic mean spirited remark! This is a young girl with pretty features that are overshadowed by a chin that does not accent her looks. Why are you on here perusing the different surgical procedures just to leave an obnoxious comment like that!
