dont see anything just..... focus on legs of both the patient and doc..... you'll easily be able to see that the patient's heels are raised in the air while doc's is on the floor. and in frst pic doc is standing straight but in next pic doc is not standing straight at all......i am now 100% sure this is a fake pic.

If I had the money and time I would definitely get height increase. My Dream is to become a high fashion runway model. I have been doing modeling for a while now but because of my height 5'8" I cannot be on the runway. All i need is 3 more inches because required height for the runway is 5'11".

The doctor is standing up straight in the first one, lol, and in the second one he's slouching. Plus the guy is on his tip toes. This is actually really comical.
