This one is hard to call. Her choice of makeup colors could be responsible for the surgical results to be questionable. Perhaps without the heavily applied makeup, (and a more natural color palate) a better sense of improvement would be visible.
I think it is very clear the results...wonderful and subtle, but huge! In the first photo the heaviest part of her eyebrow is creating a visual hood nearly touching the eyelid. In the second photo, although the lift did NOT alter the shape or size of her eyes (it still looks very much like the same same lwoman) the lift has given an opened up look and her beautiful eyes are much more visible. No longer hoded by the thickest part of the brow! Great job! THIS is what surgery is supposed to do..improve your looks NOT make you unrecognizable to family, friends, loved ones and colleagues!

The second picture doesn't give a fair representation of the improvement: that slash of red lipstick gives a hard, transsexual look and the hair is less flattering and feminine than the 'before' picture's hairdo. With more subtle makeup (and sort out those roots!) she could look way better.
