i have gyno that looks just like yours used too i hate it and having my opp on the NHS in 2 weeks and if it comes out looking as good as yours do now im going to be a very very happy bloke!!!!
I am having the same surgery in a month or so...I am very excited and excpecting good results as the one in the picture...a lot of people who (luckly) dont have to experience this type of condition will never know how bad this is! Only Surgery can really help you!

90% of the other supposed Gyno pics on this site and many others are NOT gyno, and those surgeons should lose their licenses for performing surgery on men with big pecs and not true gyno.
Big difference between gyno (this) and a big chest on a man.
Gyno pecs have a tubular look, and the nipples stick out like an anteaters snout, which start to look like, and may be, the development of breast tissue.
Those aren't moobs, they're pot niples. He smoked too much THC growing up and they make nipples soft. lol. He spent twice the money a non-smoker would've-- first to buy, then to fix!
