* Nose job
* Ears pinned - which she claimed to be the most painful part
* Chin shaved (and we're not talking about the removal of those nasty "whiskers" that suddenly appear like mini chin antennas - she had her chin bone shaved down)
* Two breast enlargements (aka - personal flotation devices)
* Back scooped out (wait...what? How does one have their back "scooped" out?)
* Fat injected into her cheekbones
* Lipo on her inner and outer thighs

Heidi looks much better in picture 1! In picture 3 she looks fake as [filtered word] and the surgery in my opinion was unnecessary! I understand why she wanted her ears pinned and how that would make her look better and more confident however the rest wasn't needed and has not made her look any more attractive. She now looks fake and unnatural.
I actually think she will look good once all the surgeries settle! She is young enough to where her face will settle in and it will look less "plastic."

She looks best in pic 3. Let's face it if you saw pic 1 walking down the street and pic 3 you would only notice pic 3! And you WOULDN'T think wow she's had a ton of plastic you would just see a hot pornish looking chick...... Heidi is in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT LEAGUE than the before pic!
The only reason people judge is cus she's in the public eye if she had done all these surgeries and then become famous all you idiots would think she was born that way. Kudos to Heidi tho for being brave enough to admit it.

That's not the point, idiot. Pic 1 is without any make-up on. If she did have some, she'd still look very pretty. It's Hollywood. Even with plastic surgery, a lot of these women don't look as good as they do without all that cake on their face. The thing about changing your features is that once you start ageing, you age disgustingly. It's a horrendous culture and what's worse is that plastic surgeons will do anything to get all that hard cash - Cat woman, anyone?
