* Brow lift
* Nose job
* Ears pinned - which she claimed to be the most painful part
* Chin shaved (and we're not talking about the removal of those nasty "whiskers" that suddenly appear like mini chin antennas - she had her chin bone shaved down)
* Two breast enlargements (aka - personal flotation devices)
* Back scooped out (wait...what? How does one have their back "scooped" out?)
* Fat injected into her cheekbones
* Lipo on her inner and outer thighs

I think its stupid to make so many plastic surgeries a person who's very young.
She is amazing on pic 3 !!!
she looks alot more femine in the last pic. That plastic surgeon did a great job. One of the best Ive seen. She needs to stop now tho
Looks pretty in pic 2! Had some stuff done, but doesn't look as overdone in pic 3... Don't like her brow lift in pic 3..
Heidi looks much better in picture 1! In picture 3 she looks fake as [filtered word] and the surgery in my opinion was unnecessary! I understand why she wanted her ears pinned and how that would make her look better and more confident however the rest wasn't needed and has not made her look any more attractive. She now looks fake and unnatural.
I actually think she will look good once all the surgeries settle! She is young enough to where her face will settle in and it will look less "plastic."

No wonder she had so much plastic surgrey its` because its` people like u! Hedi montag could be a big music star too bad all people see is her plastic surgrey!
If she just put as much effort to her music career, people would notice that. She chose to put more effort on her looks. Too bad for her.
