Of course Avril has because she had none before whatsoever. Birth control does add some BUT not 3 cup sizes! She was definately an A before

Ummm OR it could be because of how young she was in the first pic..She was probably only 16 or 17 there and they're still growing at that age!

in the first picture, she was like 18 or 19.  She was 22 in the second picture. boobs GROW.

I'm 50/50 on this one.  It does look like she COULD have gotten a boob job but, again..she was pretty young in the first picture.  And at her age now, their still growing.

I really don't think they are fake. She's getting older and her boobs is getting bigger. Her boobs look so real to me

Ok...Avril Lavigne so did not get her boobs done because as you grow older they usually get bigger for most girls...I should know cause' I am a girl!!!! Thank you.

100% beyond ANY doubt, she did NOT get a boob job.  Her attitude is 'I am the way I am - take it or leave it!'.  She wouldn't get plastic surgery. 

One thing is for certain, she did not and will not get plastic surgery unless she is in some major accident or for medical reasons.
