The second photo was probably taken after her pregnancy. Of COURSE, she gained weight, both in her face, and in her bosoms. I know she's had a minimal nose job, but her boobs definitely look real in the second photo.

She did something to her face because her eyes look squintier and her nose looks squarier. Maybe she just gained a lot of weight in her face.
