Those look pretty false to me.

Ladies, if you are going to get breast implants, make them look half way real. Most of the time you can tell when women get breast implants because they feel the need to show them off 24/7

She never wore necklines this revealing before her implants. I don't see why she is so eager to show off her bad boob job.

They are too small for her frame, and poorly placed.

It does not really look like she had any work done, it just looks like in the first dress her boobs were smooshed. In the after picture it just seems she got a tighter fitting dress and a bra.

Umm did you guys ever think that maybe she did have breast implants but that they hadn't DROPPED yet. Hopefully they will look more naturally as her healing process goes on. Hilary is gorgeous and much more talented and thoughtful of a person than JLo.

they suit her to a T, they are a beautiful shape, very soft looking, not harsh like some other implants, she ought to have gone a bit bigger though she could carry it off.
