 Helloo...She just gained some weight and that's it! You loose weight or you gain it - your breasts change with it.

Sorry Honey, but those breasts are unproportional to her body, just look how flat she was before, no matter how much weight she put on, her breasts arent gonna become so voluptuous of a bit of wieght

She could have gotten those breasts from weight gain. Some people have big boobs reguardless of how small their body is. So proportion means nothing! I'm 100lbs and i'm a C. After I had my daughter I was a full D...So She just finally started eating I THINK!

yeah i agree she is preg in this pic so her boobs are bigger plus they used the worst before pic every if you look at her before she got all skinny her boobs were bigger.

any changes would have been an improvement, look at her first  picture how skinny, thats just SAD!! I hope she gets help so she never looks like that again.

Helloooo!! She was suffering from anorexia in the 1st photo. The 2nd was taken after she gave birth or while still pregnant. Good for Nicole for eating while pregnant and having a healthy baby. I hope she will not revert to her eating disorder but learn to love and cherish herself just as she must now nurture her daughter.

Of course they are real this photo was taken right after she had her daughter....when i had my babies i was an A cup and after giving birth i was a full C cup! Duh, your breasts get filled with milk, it's a part of having a child!

Haven't you guys ever seen a photo of her before she went anorexic? All her weight was below her waist. No breasts but chunky butt and thighs. There is no way the boobs just got there from pregnancy and still her arms and neck look like dry twigs about to snap. She got implants around the same time of the pregnancy to try to hide the fact.

This girl will NEVER even be close to cute.  If it wasn't for her getting pregnant, she would have never gained weight.

Did we forget she just had a baby?
