I am on the side that there is no way that those are natural contours; they are very artificial in appearance and have a ultra- defined, grapefruit-like shape, very similar to Victoria Beckham's boob job.

These pictures should be removed now. The MTV awards was 2 days ago or something and he chest is still very flat. I don't know what she does to make her breasts look big but the little bits she has are not implants. Check out the picture on Msn or something with her in the ugly silver dress and shoes and hideous bright green nail polish.

Those are seriously IMPLANTS. The only weird thing is that her "before" picture is implanted too. She's just not wearing a push-up so the breasts fall to the sides along the natural contours of her anatomy - when wearing a push-up you can clearly see the implant edges through the skin as the implants are forced up. In the "before" picture the entire volume of the implants is to the sides covered by the fabric, but you can see it's there. I think you're confusing breast volume with cleavage here, not everybody who has implants has a great cleavage without a little help from a push-up!

I don't see how woman can use a push up bra and their boobs look like 2 balloons. When every woman I know pushes theres up they come together without a big river separating the 2! I think that looks SOOO GROSS when women have boobs that look separate from their body like Rhianna in the 2nd picture. They look so better pushed up naturally

Are you serious? I don't have large breasts but when I use a good bra I look like I have implants! It's called Victoria Secret and good Caribbean genes people! Also, make-up can do MUCH to change the look of a nose also as one gets older the nose can change...just stop this foolishness. LOL
