you can tell alot of the differance is just age see how much wider his face is.  If he was going to spend money on something, you would think it would be on  his hair. Please shave that head.

Many bodybuilders, such as myself, have developed lantern-like faces and jawlines because of all the chemical enhancements we must ingest in order to stay competitive. Carrot Top has undergone plastic surgery in order to lessen the gross deformity of his face caused as a result of steroid dosage. His surgery has gone horribly wonky, and he looks worse for it. I have been unable to contact Carrot for the past two weeks. If he reads this forum, tell him that his shipment of Androzanol and Ibuprofinurol have come in.

The change in this man is not entirely due to surgery; I'm fairly sure he has been taking excessive doses of growth hormone and anabolic steroids, provoking a case of pharmaceutical acromegaly.  His soft tissues have grown causing a "coarse" look. 

Are you guys saying Carrot Top was a bodybuilder? That's news to me, I always thought of him as a skinny, not very funny dork.

He looks REALLY scary now.  He looked terrible before he did anything and now, he's working out and getting other work done....I agree, why bother?

Maybe he has been working out a lot? He seems getting bigger & older. I am wondering if he had chem peeling before because i noticed his face a bit ligther & no wrinkles and neck is darker?

I saw him a while ago and I couldn't believe it was him.  :(
