She dosnt have cheek implants....she's a filler junkie.  Fillers are great when done slowly over time and by a really good injector. 

But what we are seeing in this pic or Heather is the swelling from fat grafting.  It's the worst of all the swelling and you look like a freak but it goes down and looks good.  But she needs to lay off the fat grafts for a long time because she's going over board.  And Heather is still really pretty, it's hard getting old esp. when your in the public eye and you used to be so naturally gorgeous!
