I think the purpose was to show the lip size and shape difference, which is readily seen; however, she's gorgeous either way.

She looks the same in one of the casual pictures as in the commercial photo.  I cannot tell much of a difference except for the lipstick

If only they posted some before shots where she's not smiling or after shots where she is, it's difficult to compare using only these pics.

Am I the only one that notices that the pictures where these people have had "lip aug" done is when they are doing the ever so popular pouty look? I hate that look! And, some may have gotten work done, but even without work done, there is a way you can make your lips look larger. Jesus. It's their money anyhow, let them do what they want with it.

Dont like her look...she has that gummy smile thing going on..that is what she needs to correct....but when her mouth is closed she looks pretty good..and the lips look better...probably photo shop too...ever seen that stuff..it is phenominal...can make King Kong look sleek, hairless and sexy...

Keira is so naturally beautiful, it's a shame that she'd hop on the "duck pout" bandwagon.

Full lips are nice, but it's becoming such a fad, it's a bit tiresome to see every other actress with normal lips one day, and lips out to the sidewalk the next.

If I had her face, I'd leave well enough alone!

I think it's photoshop and airbrush...I work with them and they are amazing tools!

She has admitted herself that she's had her upper lip done. From the most recent pictures it looks like she hasn't gotten a refill lately so her upper lip's thinner again.

BEAUTIFUL!!!! She looks much sexier with her upper lip injected.  Good move Keira...it works for you.

Even if they do use photoshop to augment her lips its STILL NOT ATTRACTIVE. In her movies shes always making the pouty lips. I like Kiera but it gets so annoying!

Oh my gosh I didn't know she had lip augmentation! Wow! I kept looking at her lips in a few movies. I was so jealous of her face and lips! Very sexy
