Is the left one with facelift?

BTW she is only 62, born on April 20 1949. All I can tell you is that my mother looked better at age 62 then Jesicca does. And I guarantee you that if my mother was wearing the same amount of makeup, that was done by a professional and at age 76 from five feet away you wouldn't be able to tell the difference if you were asked who was the older of the two.

I think she looks pretty good. The difference in age in the two photos is large. She doesn't look like a freak.

Actually, she needs a bit of work on her eyebrows. This could be accomplished by eyebrow pencil and a bit of tweezing. Also, her mid-cheeks are too large while her temple area has shrunken. She could have a small amount of filler put into her temple area to reduce the extreme difference between the temple and cheeks.

If you put your hand over the left side of the pictue she looks pretty good. It's the sagging eye on the left side of the picture that really ages her. She seems to have some ptosis on that side. A lateral brow lift on just that side would improve the balance. Or, it is possible that she had BOTOX on her forehead (which does look a bit tight for her age). That would also cause ptosis if it happened to hit just the right nerve. (It just happens sometimes and wll resolve without surgery.)

Also, her younger picture was doctored slightly. If you look under her eyes, she either used white eye liner to make her eyes look wider or the white color was added for the same effect. There is also evidence of air brushing and certainly the photographer used the most flattering light. So, the comparison is not completely fair.

Beauty is an issue of proportions and smooth skin texture. There is actually a mathematical formula for face proportions. See the bust of Queen Nefertiti who is thought to have the most beautifully proportioned face in history. It'seven possible that the beautiful Queen did not look that good in real life but some terrifically talented artist made her bust to look that way.

What makes people look odd and creepy is when the proportions and balance are too out of whack. Jessica would benefit from a little BOTOX applied regularly - nothing extreme - to smooth out some of the wrinkles in her forehead and upper nose. She should also consider FRAXEL treatments which will make her skin look like hamburger for week or two but then will smooth out a lot of wrinkles as new collagen is formed.

Finally, Jessica would benefit from a small amount of filler in her central upper lip. As we age we lose volume in our lips. The surgeons like to overfill because 30% to 50% of the filler is reabsorbed. However, since the "trout pout" is so unnatural, small amounts of filler applied every few months will give a better long term look. If you have enough money to mess with your face, you should mess with it conservatively.

Sublety is the key. Elizabeth Taylor had facial rejuvenation and facelift about 20 years ago. She was still overweight but looked wonderful for about 10 years. The important thing is she still looked like herself just 10 or 20 years younger. Her surgeon was Grant Stevens who was in Santa Monica at the time. He now practices in Marina Del Rey. Frankly, he must have had some work done himself, because HE looks pretty darn good himself.

Lots of people have very good plastic surgery. You just never know it because they do not go overboard.
