She's just gained weight. In her new movie "Something Borrowed", she looks pudgier than in past films. Interviews confirmed that she gained weight for her role in "The Killer Inside Me", which she filmed before "Something Borrowed" and that during the filming of SB she was trying to slim down again. Now she's pregnant.....

Thank god she got a boob job! She really, really needed one! Btw all flat women should get a boob job in order to please men and increase their already low self-esteem. Now she will look much better when she is cooking and cleaning at home.

Hard to say. I got way bigger when I was pregnant and nursing. They are still much bigger than pre-pregnancy.
