I agree with the other posters. I first saw Katie H. in the movie "The Ice Storm" & thought she was gorgeous. I loved her rounded nose. This severe version is so generic, she doesn't look special anymore.
Ooooh no! She looks much better now! Are you guys blind? She looked so average in the first pic and here nose looked like a blob. This is one where the person actually looks better people.
She's also had face lipo! Look at her lower face, all that fat that made her look "fresh faced" and cute has been sucked up & removed! Now she looks 20 years older. People don't loose cheek plumpness even if they lose weight it would look different, not sculpted like in the after pic.
Also her bottom lip has doubled in size and she's had her eyelids done. She doesn't look too bad but she better stop before she turns into Joan Rivers!
People! it is pictures of the same nose taken from a different angle with a different lighting. Take a close look, there is the very same clight crookedness about it on the left side just above the nostril.
I don't think she's had surgery: the lighting, makeup, and year in both pictures are different; also your nose and ears never stop growing, and as you age your baby fat tends to not be so perky on your facial plane. I have a similar nose and a round face, and my appearance has changed similarly through the years, even though I'm a middle class gal, who can't afford plastic surgery.

totally agree but sadly its just this photo, on other new photos she doesn't look that different, just worn out and haggard

She doesn't speak much either since she's been with tom. all she does is have that awkward smile. SAY SOMETHING KATIE! EXPOSE THE TRUTH!
