No matter what film she’s in, the one thing everyone wants to know is whether or not her large luscious lips are natural or the result of a lip augmentation.
It seems that Keira may have a lip implant in her upper lip to make her look extra sexy and she may have also gotten a nose job to help slim down and refine her nose
Older photos of Keira reveal a slightly wider nasal tip and bridge. Now Keira’s nose looks much more narrow from bridge to tip, indicating a well-done rhinoplasty.

Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California, says, “Keira Knightly appears to have had rhinoplasty, as current photos show her nose to appear a bit smaller than it did in earlier photos. Her tip looks smaller, and her nasal bones look like they were brought in resulting in a narrower bridge. Overall, Keira looks very natural, and her nose does not appear overdone at all. “

With a face like that, who even needs boobs? This is an example of good plastic surgery.
In the first photo she is smiling and has here head tilted down, whereas she is pouting and holding her head level in the second one. I think it's just the angle and smiling that makes her appear different. Smiling often pull the tip of your nose down and causes your top lip to look thinner.
anyone who has watched Keira throughout her film career can tell she has ALWAYS had the same lips and nose since she was just a young teenager filming "Princess of Thieves" or "The Hole".smiling makes ANYONE'S lips tighten and look thinner, and the angle of the camera can make ANYONE'S nose look different. The bridge of her nose, photo angle or not, is quite clearly not as rounded or large.And she clearly has had her lips done. These people who hanker to be movie stars get surgery done BEFORE she became famous? So that naive people will think 'oh no - she's ALWAYS looked like that'. Her lips go up and down. Go check out the first Pirate movie and tell me they're the same lips.

Definitely plastic surgery on the nose. If you look at old photos of her you can see her bridge was wider. It's not about her holding her head down in the pic.
