Keira Knightley’s Nose Job Secret
Fans of Keira Knightley may be too focused on her large lips to realize that the period piece actress may have had some plastic surgery elsewhere on her face. Makemeheal.com suspects that the stylish brunette may have a rhinoplasty in her past, and we’re not the only ones.
At 24 years old, Keira Knightley is already one of Hollywood’s brightest stars, starring in everything from Indie hits to period pieces to major blockbusters. No matter what film she’s in, the one thing everyone wants to know is whether or not her large luscious lips are natural or the result of a lip augmentation.
It seems that Keira may have a lip implant in her upper lip to make her look extra sexy and she may have also gotten a nose job to help slim down and refine her nose
Older photos of Keira reveal a slightly wider nasal tip and bridge. Now Keira’s nose looks much more narrow from bridge to tip, indicating a well-done rhinoplasty.
Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California, says, “Keira Knightly appears to have had rhinoplasty, as current photos show her nose to appear a bit smaller than it did in earlier photos. Her tip looks smaller, and her nasal bones look like they were brought in resulting in a narrower bridge. Overall, Keira looks very natural, and her nose does not appear overdone at all. “

Her nose might have been done, i'm not sure. But for lips, I don't think anything is done there. First picture she smiles and wears just a lipgloss (much more natural). On second picture, she doesn't smile therefore the upper lip is noticable and her lipstick is over the boundaries of her lips, so they appear bigger. That's my opinion and what I see of course.
Now she just needs to get some help for that flat chest.
Some of you are just running with it ! Her lip is thinner in the first pic because she is smiling with her mouth slightly open- in the other it's not!

It's her SAME nose- In the first pic her head is bent down somewhat -ALSO, she is outdoors- the second pic is indoors and the lighting along with the application of makeup (the technique called "shading" can slim down features- nose,jawline and so forth. A lot of these celeb plastic surgery sites do this all the time using these type of before and after implications, when the fact of the matter iIS, that some of these people have NOT had work done- She is naturally a beauty with or without makeup and a fine actor to boot !!!! So bite me!!!

she's had her nose done more than once, it looks like she's had 3 nose jobs and some lip fillers also i dont know if its just me or does her jaw line look more squared?
Her jawline does look more square but it may be the angle at which the photo was taken. She appears to have had surgery but obviously went for a subtle change because she is still just as pretty as she was prior to surgery. She is definitely not overdone.

uhhhh you know i dont think she got her lips done becuase her lips looks smaller in 2003 probably becuz she was younger and she was smiling and her lips probably just got some implant kiera if yur reading this i doubt you are but kiera youre beautiful the way you are dont get any more surgeries plz god and your fans love you the way you are :)
