That first picture is from when she was about 14... if her boobs were that big then.. then obviously they would be big now

Forgot to add that the after photo above is still before she got her nose job & cheek implants. It's past time this website post before & after pics (using a recent photo) of Kim's face.

Fake breasts, a$$, lips nose & cheeks, hair extensions, spray tan & fake nails. Probably veneers on her teeth too. Fake all over, inside & out. What is the obsession with this fake broad? She's as fake if not MORE fake than any Hollywood bleach blonde bimbo! She's as dumb if not dumber than one too. Obviously haircolor has nothing to do IQ as she & her dumb sisters are all brunettes. All fake Hollywood broads are dumb, vapid, air-head bimbos that say "like" every other word. Their liberal politics are also a sign of their lack of intelligence.

shes for sure had work done and she admitted to boob job . and obviously any one with a set of eyes looking at the pic should know shes had a boob job.yes im a kim fan .I think shes pretty but shes also 100% FAKE!!!....but who cares who hasnt had plastic surgery now a days .

I think its fine she got job done on her body what i dont like is that she denies it. Theres no point of denying it she knows shes a celebrity and there are people out there that will do anything for money including turning in old pictures of her. All her family has had something done on their body and they dont deny thats probably why there not in everybodies mouth about their surgeries. i mean look at her mom that all botox right there. Just stop denying it kim and maybe you wont be out there so much about your little fixes

Listen to the people who do not believe she has had work done women do not grow perfectly shaped boobs naturally! Have you never seen a woman with naturally large boobs people??? They are saggy, shapped more naturally, they need serious bras to hold those things up and maintain shape. You can see the realistic shape of her chest in the presurgery photos. Her boobs are fake! Her [filtered word] is probably fake thanks to fat grafting and she has probably had liposuction as well and a nose job! Women rarely gain weight from their younger years in all the right places while maintaining a flat stomach and slender thighs yet gaining perfectly symetrical large breasts and [filtered word]! Whoever thinks this is in denial! I will say that her [filtered word] looks like she's carrying a huge dump in her pants and must be extremely uncomfortable, I don't care if its her own fat or not. Its ugly and gonna look like [filtered word] when she gets older but maybe they can lipo it out later who knows. I say if she can afford it and it doesnt hurt anyone then why not. It's obviously made her a lot of money.

She's had implants & a nose job too. Look at the nose thickness in the before & after shots. Oh well I don't care if someone wants plastic surgery (provided it is with a properly trained/accredited surgeon & is aware of all the potential risks) then go for it. It's their buisness & she certainly has benefitted from it. She looks good either way.

I think her boobs are real. They were full when she was younger, so it only makes sense that they're fuller now. I do believe she's messed with her face though...
