Large Dorsal Hump on the Nose and Lack of Chin Projection

This 21 year old was bothered by the large dorsal hump on her nose and lack of chin projection. Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty and inserted a chin implant. Postoperatively, the patient was delighted with the markedly improved contour of her nose and better balance of her facial features. She was much more self-confidant with improved self-esteem following her surgery.

I feel for her. She definitely needed the nose and chin done (the AFTER photos look great), but her upper lip was neglected. She's in major need of an upper lip augmentation. I had it done, and it really balances the face. Go for it, girl.
Substantial improvement, but I would have to agree with the previous comments - if you're already getting two procedures done, you might as well go for the third and get the upper lip fixed, it's immediately noticable.
