It's a shame this woman's lips look odd. She has that artificial pout, like when you keeps your lips closed and blow an air bubble between them and your teeth to see what you look like.

I think laser resurfacing would have made her look more naturally youthful and would have smoothed the lines to her jaw and above her lip. If she wore a lighter lip gloss instead of the lipstick in the before pic, that would help too.
