Why would anyone want to permanently look like a lizard? Or any animal, amphibian, or reptile for that matter? I don't quite get it, and I wonder what kind of life and future this gives him. He obviously will never be able to get a professional job or any job where he will have to work with the public, in a professional manner. He might have a hard time finding a wife, and if he has kids, I would feel sad for them having to understand/explain why their father looks like a lizard. And how will he feel someday when he is a 70 year old, balding and wrinkled man? I wonder if he will regret this as he ages or maybe just wants to live a normal life.
We can all do whatever we want with our bodies, but it doesn't mean that it will improve our quality of life, and I think that making oneself look like a lizard would definitely not improve the quality of life considering that people's lives are enhanced by good, hard work and close family relationships, etc. I think these things are going to be hard for this man because of his appearance, and one has to wonder about the state of his mind. Most normal human beings have no desire to look like lizards. He'll always be negatively judged, whether he likes it or not.
Hey now, I've met this guy. His name is Eric Sprague and he's really cool. People always preach "don't judge a book by its cover," but then proceed to do so anyway. Stop being hypocritical. Its his body. He can do what he wishes.Oh and by the way, Eric is perfectly sane. I believe that you're the one who has some issues to cope with.
You know, there are much simpler (and less expensive) ways of communicating to people that you are an insecure loser whose sense of identity in contingent upon what other people think of you. And why pander to such a lame-[filtered word] crowd as the tattoo/body-piercing/"hey, check put this snake I'm walking around with like its just my usual thing" bunch. You think you're different, but in actuality you have way more in common with the "image is everything" suit-and-tie assholes you pretend to oppose than you will ever dare to admit. That is all.
Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that I stumbled upon lizard-boy's image while doing a google search for "total loser." Just thought you'd like to know...

He needs to cut his ears off if he wants to be a true lizard.
