he didn't need it, obviously he's naturally thin. Maybe he didn't wanna put in the extra diet n excersize work. Should've got the cellulite in his legs done too....

I am 54 year old guy, have gained and lost and gained and lost (never remarkably obese, bad diet - snickers bar and ice cream jones - it added up fast after I hit 44) since I quit smoking at 30, have now lost the fat for good (yoga and a good diet) but the 'handles' remain and it's annoying as hell, I'm wearing the same size pants I wore in high school but in high school I didn't have this garbage glopping around, look pretty much like this mans 'before' picture whereas I used to look like his 'after' pic. I don't have the money to throw away on a vanity trip but I'd do it without a doubt if I had money to burn.

Dude...You looked a lot better before the lip. maybe if you just worked out for a few weeks, bit more definition in your abs.
