What in the hell was she thinking when she had this done? Ummm....  yes that's it, I'll have strips of my flesh removed to make my body look like a butcher shop window  orI fancy stir fry for dinner but can't afford the meat - I wonder...!

At first I was like...ooooh, that's pretty.  Then I realized what it was.  I'm the last one to really say anything negative about someone and what he or she does, but all I could think about after I figured it out was OOOOWWWWIIIIIEEEE!
