I think he looks awesome! That is exactly what I want to do the surery for, the upper part of my pecs. I have been working out for many years and simply dont have the genetics to develope upper pec fullness. I would love to know who the surgeon is, I would travel for this one.

They look the same. Actually he had more pec definition in the first shot. Waste of time and money.

Looks natural. Some I've seen look like square women boobies.

You look good before, but After is better. Didn't know that a male breast implant could thickness on the top part of the pec!!

This is how I want mine to look after the surgery sometimes the gym is not enough and if you can afford it,go for it I'm having mine done in a couple of months and I'll stop by to let you all know everything about it  

I don't think it looks natural - we just see so many people with implants that we begin to this that IS natural.

This is one of the best cases I've ever seen. If I was guaranteed that I could look like this, I would undergo the surgery in a heartbeat.

I think they look awesome!  In response to the poster above me, there wasn't a fullness in the top of the pec in the "before" picture, but there is in the "after".
