Meg Ryan Before and After Cheek Augmentation

In addition to having her lips done, there has also been speculation that Meg Ryan has had cheek implants, as her face looks fuller than before. While her cheeks are certainly fuller than they were in her youth, it may be the results of fat grafting, as in a volumetric facelift, which was likely combined with some other tightening procedures, like a forehead lift or necklift, as Meg has no sagging skin.

If you have seen Meg's photos lately. She went overboard. She got nothing better to do then mess up her face and someone's marriage.
Meg Ryan is only in her late 40's. She always looked great, but now she looks at least in her mid 50's: ironic that age defying surgery often makes people look a lot older. I still do not understand how these people believe that the extreme use of botox and those ridiculous cheek and lip augmentation can make you look more beautiful or younger. I can imagine everybody who has surgery, basically wants to look the same, but without the wrinkles or whatever they want fixed. The result is always an unnatural look (and who would want that?): something that does seems right in that face.
I've always admired Meg's cute look and honestly, she looks better with a little surgery... ;)

They have to stay attractive...try to anyway. It's the way of the world today. I'm sure they wish it weren't that way/they didn't have to go to such extremes.

I guess I'm not seein' the bad surgery--I think she looks beautiful in the 09 pic. I have some some older bad pics after too much lip stuff, but I think she looks great here.
