Meg Ryan Before and After Cheek Augmentation

In addition to having her lips done, there has also been speculation that Meg Ryan has had cheek implants, as her face looks fuller than before. While her cheeks are certainly fuller than they were in her youth, it may be the results of fat grafting, as in a volumetric facelift, which was likely combined with some other tightening procedures, like a forehead lift or necklift, as Meg has no sagging skin.

Sorry, but in the before photos she is with her mouth open, in the after pix, she has it (nearly) closed. That makes a face look different. Has nothing to do with cheeck augmentation.
Who gives a [filtered word]? Lady is still hot. I'd even prefer the '09 Meg over the 2001 Meg.
She looks good now. Saw her on Curb. If she didn't I'd certainly say so. Whatever mistakes she made with the surgery it's been fixed.
Her chin looks exactly the same to me in 2000, 2001 and 2006. Only in 2008 it looks different, but looks like she has gained a little bit weight in that one (which looks defintely better).
Don't do any more face work. Growing older gracefully is the way to go. I'm 66. I wouldn't trust ANY plastic surgeon, no matter the reputation. Resist resist resist.
