Wow, the chipmunk look in her cheeks make her mouth look deformed. She was such a beauty before, wonder if she regrets what she did. When are these dumb celebrities going to realise that what they do doesn't make them look better or younger, it just makes them look worked on.
Have you ever thought that it is the demand of the public who put the pressure on the stars which makes them do the stupid things to their bodys? You want them young and sexy and then you sit here and find fault with them which makes them go out and try to stay young and more beautiful for their fans. Who are you to tear them apart when you, yourself are not perfect either? Leave her alone. She is a great star and I think a very beautiful woman.
I know she's definitely had a lot done because I've seen pics before and after her procedures but it looks like here she just could have been eating something. I've seen more recent photos of her in ads and she definitely looks a lot older than she is now but it doesn't look like new cheeks to me here. Just looks like she was chewing something. I mean what can she possibly have done? She's already had everything done. I think it's alright to have your teeth done if they're messed up or improve your skin with chemical peels because you're just changing the texture of your skin so it's clearer, or to even out the skin tone, or whatever, so that's no big deal but some people might want to lay off on the excessive surgery or they'll end up looking like Janice Dickenson NOW. Anyways I just think this was a bad pic taken at a bad time. It's honestly not even a Bad picture just bad timing for photos. Anyways that's my opinion.

I agree with yu. Her face is always changing. She started having surgery when she was just 21 (2007)!! And since then she's had the following done:
3 nose jobs
Botox
Lip Plumping
Breast implants
Veneers
Jaw Augmentation
Cheek implants / fillers
Chemical Peels
Mini Brow lift
She's already lost that "Flawless / perfect" look that the first nose job and lip plumping gave her, now she's still attractive, but people are starting to notice how plastic and unnatural her face looks. I hope she realizes that she messed up a naturally beautiful face. She will never ever get that back.

Speaking as a normal woman her age, she most deinfinitely can have alopecia at her age. I've had it since I was 17 and mine is MUCH worse.
