The Dr. did a good job, but the way his pecs sit on his chest naturally makes it crooked with the left being higher than the right.
IMHO I think he could have done quite a lot with some hard work at the gym while taking some gainers with a high protein diet. His arms need work, too. Now he has silicone in his chest to deal with. Lazy way out. Surgery should be the last option, not the first.
I agree with you, it should definately be the last consideration not the first, that's just plain weak! If you work for your physique it's a lot more rewarding, don't tell me you don't have time to do 20 or more press-ups a day!
Not to excuse this guy's laziness, but I couldn't do a push-up until I was 28 and had been working out at the bench press for three months. It's demoralizing and takes a lot of dedication to not be embarrassed about starting out with no plates, just the bar. My half-brother's a behemoth and trim, but I was lanky and fat before I made up my mind to accept that fact and change it. Athletic/powerful people can't empathize.
