If anyone saw her in the first boat pic she made it would quite obvious that she has had a tremendous amount of plastic surgery -- probably multiple procedures not simply botox. She has also had a lot of work done on her teeth.
This is so sad. She was so beautiful. In the Moulin Rouge she was a gorgeous beauty I would have loved to have been with in a second. Now with her distorted face, she looks like a completely different person. She no longer resembles the humble beauty she used to have. Sad day for all of her true fans. . .

She had already had loads of surgery when she did Moulin Rouge. Look at older pics. She was very homely looking.
But now she has gone too far. I don't know why celebrities do this to themselves. Is it that they have too much money and don't know what to do with it? It does not make them look ANY younger once they're over 45, especially if they've done multiple surgeries. They just look like wax statues gone wrong.
The surgeons obviously don't care that they're making people look like freaks.

Perhaps there was a reason more important than "fitting in" as you like to quote it. Your opinion doesn't even count. I bet that if you had the chance to say that to Nicole Kidman's face, you wouldn't. So seriously, shut up. And she didn't become famous because of Tom Cruise. It was because of her acting capabilities. After all, it was her ability to act that got Tom Cruise's attention. Look up ur facts, "knowitall".
Seriously what's with thinking everyone has had botox, sure many have and many haven't I have had none and my forehead is wrinkle free and a similar shape to Nicole kidmans i'm also fairly light skinned and don't let myself get burnt. I would never touch the stuff yuck. It can't be good for you at all and who needs it if you look after yourself I don't get it, I think people are lazy.

I saw her in the movie Bangkok Hilton. Her nose then was MUCH longer than now (actually I noticed it was shorter in her Batman movie).
