This is just about one of the worst "afters" I have ever seen! Aside from the tragic cases where there was blatant malpractice (ie the doctor wasn't licensed), or infection after the surgery, Nikki's transformation was a complete disaster!
A totally gorgeous va-va-va voom woman who got caught up in the Hollywood machine - must stay young, must have full lips, must have button nose, must have must have must have!!! She's only 33 now, and I think she had all this cr@p done when she was 28/29. Where are the medical ethics that should have stopped a reputable surgeon from mutilating a beautiful 28yr old? Since when has "first, do no harm" been replaced with "the customer is always right"??
